Mission Statement/Purpose:

The Office of Management and Budget is dedicated to providing the highest quality financial planning, resource management, and analytical services to the County government and the Board of Supervisors to support effective decision making and organizational accountability. The Office accomplishes this mission by managing the development of the proposed and adopted operating budget and capital improvement program, monitoring the budget’s implementation and departments’ progress toward their established goals, conducting program analysis and management studies, identifying potential issues for the organization’s consideration, and assisting departments with the acquisition and management of outside grants.
